Chamber member NHS North East Hampshire & Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group has shared a report called Wellbeing and the Importance of Workplace Culture.
The key message is that an organisation’s culture is an integral part of wellbeing. In summary, the report shows:
- Workplace culture is a key driver of wellbeing
- The average UK company has wellbeing scores of just 53% compared to 84% at best-in-class organisations such as the UK’s Best Workplaces.
- There are four key drivers of wellbeing:
- Values-aligned and ethical behaviour
- Teamwork
- Working environment
- Recognition
