Chamber member NHS North East Hampshire & Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group has shared a report called Wellbeing and the Importance of Workplace Culture.

The key message is that an organisation’s culture is an integral part of wellbeing.  In summary, the report shows:

  • Workplace culture is a key driver of wellbeing
  • The average UK company has wellbeing scores of just 53% compared to 84% at best-in-class organisations such as the UK’s Best Workplaces.
  • There are four key drivers of wellbeing:
  • Values-aligned and ethical behaviour
  • Teamwork
  • Working environment
  • Recognition
